Claws, Bones & fangs"...all in polymer clay of course. First up are 2 Dragon Claws...each grasping a blood red faux stone. The first one is in silver clay with black acrylic paint antiquing grasping a red "glittlerstone" bead. This piece has been strung on a leather cord & has a small matching charm at the clasp along with one of my name tags.

"Claw of the Silver Dragon" | |

The second one is the same but in gold polymer clay. Each one was hand sculpted. This piece is also antiqued in black.

"Golden Dragon Claw" |
|
This next piece was inspired by tribal art & is a fierce looking tiki pendant with matching faux bone tube beads. The pieces are antiqued with a burnt umber acrylic paint & then sealed. If you look closely you'll see that he also has red rhinestone eyes...

"Tiki Amulet" | |
|
This was a test sculpt for a set of faux casting bones. I think they will turn out great with just a bit more antiquing...
 |
"Knuckle Bones" |
|
The last piece for today is a faux tooth with a carved ivory cap also antiqued with the burnt umber acrylic paint. The faux ivory is ivory & transparent clays layered tightly & shaped into the tooth. Then after the first baking the cap is added & carved, baked again then antiqued.

"The Hunter's Amulet" |

I'm working on a few other projects & maybe next week I'll have more to show than just polymer clay...maybe even a mini album or two...we'll see how far I get over the holiday weekend.
Well that's it for today! Thanks again for stopping by...Till Next Time!
